Moville is a small tourist town, situated on the west bank of Lough Foyle and the eastern edge of the beautiful Inishowen Peninsula, near the northernmost point in Ireland. Across Lough Foyle lies Northern Ireland, with the city of Derry being about 30 km south of Moville. While most of our days are spent in Moville, we do hop on a bus fairly regularly and wander around in a different town, thus the blog name, Somewhere in Ireland.

Laurel and Hardy
saw these guys when we were in Sligo. My grandmother used to watch Laurel and Hardy on television back in the day. I can remember her laughing while watching their show. A happy memory.
